The Jewish Community High School of the Bay occupies the site of a former college of podiatry.  The existing campus has undergone a series of phased improvements and renovations over the years to meet the growing needs of this independent High School.  The Performing Arts Theater was created within the shell of an old tiered lecture hall.  The space was completely gutted and reconfigured to meet the design parameters for a new 200 fixed seat performance space including acoustics, A/V control room, lighting, ventilation, and backstage amenities.  In addition, a new lobby with restrooms was designed to host event related gatherings.
